A) Delivery Coverage and Charges
TheFarmEx.in offers shipping services across all serviceable pin codes in India.
o Standard Shipping: A minimal shipping charge is applied to all orders. The exact charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
o Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: An additional convenience fee of Rs. 50/- will be applied to all orders where the COD payment option is selected.
o COD Availability: Please note that the Cash on Delivery option is available on selected pin codes onlyand may be restricted based on order value or your geographical location.
B) Estimated Dispatch & Delivery Time
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
o Dispatch Time: Most items are dispatched from our warehouse within 3-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date of order placement.
o Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days. This timeframe is dependent on the destination area and the serviceability of our courier partners.

o This notification will contain your courier partner’s name and a tracking number.
o You can use this tracking number on the courier partner’s website to monitor the live status of your shipment.
