While every product we deliver is new, in original condition, and goes through multiple quality checks before being packed and shipped, if you still need to return a product, we are happy to assist you.

1.      Return Window Returns
are acceptable within 7 days of the product being received.

2.     Conditions Where Returns Are NOT Accepted
We cannot accept returns in the following circumstances:
If it is determined that the product is damaged while in your possession.
If the product is not in its original condition.
If a part of the original product delivery is missing, including the original tags and packaging.
If the product is different from what was originally shipped.
Products sold as combo/sets cannot be returned or replaced individually.

3.      Easy Return Process
Here is how you can easily return products:
Visit the Return Center: Go to our dedicated return center on the website and fill in the required details.
Reverse Pickup: Once your return request is approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup for the item.

4.      Refunds The refund process will begin only after the return shipment is received and examined at our facility.
Payment Method:
The refund will be processed to the same account number to which the original payment was made.
Processing Time: It might take 4-5 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your account once it is processed.

5.      Replacement Policy
Do we offer replacement? Yes, we offer free replacements under specific conditions:
Eligibility: An item is eligible for free replacement if it arrives in a damaged, missing, or different condition from their description.
Availability: Replacement is dependent on the availability of the product.
Alternative Action: In case the same items are not available for replacement, we will initiate a full return and refund for the item.
